The Fairfax office takes cases from across Fairfax County and the City of Fairfax, and from the rest of Northern Virginia: Arlington and Alexandria inside the Beltway, Prince William County and Manassas to the southwest, and Loudoun County and Leesburg to the northwest.

Which court hears a claim usually follows where the injury happened rather than where you live. A crash in Fairfax County goes to the Fairfax County courts on Chain Bridge Road; a crash in Arlington, Alexandria, Prince William or Loudoun is heard in that jurisdiction’s own general district or circuit court. Which police department wrote the report, and which local government notice rules apply, follow the same line.
